i love proof coffee thats why i wanted this sticker. great coffee great atmosphere in harlem and great people. i wish the sticker would of had the proof writing like in the photo but its still good.

I was introduced to this coffee when we moved my daughter from PA to CT last year. We grabbed a cup at a quaint little coffee shop at the park in front of her apartment building. This coffee is absolutely amazing. Always fresh and the tastes delicious. Paired with my single serve Bunn, I simply couldn't ask for a better cup of coffee. And the fact that it's a small business makes it more rewarding with every bag purchased. Well done, Proof Coffee!!
I love my Bear Hug in the morning. Having been drinking Starbucks dark French roast prior, I can honestly say that Bear Hug is far superior. The robust flavor is a winner! Please give it a try and support this small business.

Literally start my day every morning with PROOF coffee. Usually the Colombia or the Bearhug, but also Nicaragua or Guatemala. They are all so good!
The best coffee. I’ve been buying from here since they opened the Stamford location here CT. I buy the Colombian and Cold brew since like drinking hot coffee in the morning and cold brew in the afternoon after lunch. Keep up the great work!

Coffee like this is hard to find so I’m glad I stumbled across this source. Package arrived quickly, the aroma when I opened the bag sent my head spinning, and the first brewed cup was exactly as I hoped it would be. I may try another variety next time, but for now, if you’re looking for an excellent Peruvian coffee, even if just to give it a try, the search ends here.
Order was mishandled from the jumps. I Sent numerous emails and received zero responses. Finally, a response from the owner saying the order would be comped. I once again followed up and have heard nothing. I did receive the coffee and it’s fine, but the customer service and communication is far from good.
Gave the bag as a gift and it was met with great pleasure and enjoyment.

Coffee beans and service are excellent, AS ALWAYS! I’ve started to use a new convex basket that is outstanding! Once the shots were dialed in the results were phenomenal, even better than before! The shots are more flavorful, have more crema, and are more consistent……I absolutely love these coffee beans:)

Oily looking beans. OK coffee. Not sure if I’d repurchase bc of the beans being oily. This is the second variety I’ve opened from my order with oily beans. I don’t recall this from my first order, so I’m not sure if something changed about their roasting process.

This is my husband's favorite kind of coffee so I was looking for it in Organic and found Proof! I gave it to him for Christmas and we just made a cup! It's delicious!
I bought this for my son- in- law. When he saw it was Proof, he said, "Oh that's great coffee. I know that name." The next morning my daughter told me that their house smelled so good when she woke up. He made her a cup to go and when she got into my car, she told me it was delicious! I loved the idea of buying locally (Jersey girl) and the fact that their was a personalized note from the founder inside when it arrived. Will buy again.
The Bearhug Blend makes one of the most delicious cups of coffee I have had in years. And, it is organic to boot! I will definitely be back for more, and also look forward to sampling some of the other coffees. Meanwhile, in a season of giving, I would have no problem sending this blend to the most discerning coffee drinker. What a great gift...
