Coffee Subscription FAQ
1). HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is FREE for all of our Coffee Subscription Boxes!
Within the Continental United States, products and packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. We currently do not ship outside the United States; however, we hope to ship to the rest of North America and beyond soon.
2). CAN I GIVE A COFFEE SUBSCRIPTION TO SOMEONE AS A GIFT?
Absolutely! We've made it incredibly easy to give a PROOF Coffee Subscription Box as a gift.
We've set up a special version of our Coffee Subscription Box that is specifically for giving as a gift. You select the recipient of the gift subscription, you pre-determine the length of the gift subscription you'd like to give, and at the end of that duration the gift subscription will automatically end without anyone having to do anything. That's it! It's literally that easy.
What's even more amazing is that once the gift subscription period has ended, the gift recipient can choose to take over responsibility of the subscription themselves and continue on with it for as long as they like!
3). HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
All orders are shipped from NYC on the next business day after an order is placed. In fact, many times orders are even shipped out same-day. As orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, your package will only take a day or two to reach you! All orders are fully tracked using USPS Tracking Numbers for reliability and for your peace of mind.
For subscription deliveries, there's usually even less time between you and your coffee. We ship subscription deliveries without losing that "first business day", so it makes it to you even more quickly.
4). WHAT IF I WANT TO TRY ALL OF YOUR DIFFERENT COFFEES?
We'd love that, and we've made it ridiculously easy to do so.
If you want to try more of our coffees at the same time, you can increase the number of retail coffee bags that are included in your PROOF Coffee Subscription Box at any time, and you can decrease the number of bags just as easily -- anytime. Additionally, you can just change out the coffee you are receiving in your next delivery anytime you like, as often as you like.
4). CAN I REALLY PAUSE MY SUBSCRIPTION OR SKIP DELIVERIES ANYTIME I NEED?
You sure can. Whether you're traveling away on holiday for a week or two, or if you're just over-stocked on coffee for the week and need to finish plowing through your existing beans, with just a couple button-clicks, you can pause or skip anytime you need to.
5). IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I NEED TO KNOW?
We don't think so. There are no surprises here at PROOF, and what you see is what you get. We keep things simple so you can spend time focusing on what matters most to you and leave the coffee expertise to us.
