Refund policy

We are incredibly emphatic about providing amazing customer service, and if you aren't completely overjoyed with your purchase, please reach out to us right away and we'll do everything in our power to work with you to make you happy.

Due to the consumable nature of our products, as a general policy we cannot accept returns as we are unable to restock and resell any products which have been opened or tampered with in any way.

We do, however, reserve the ability to evaluate return and refund requests on a case-by-case basis, and will accommodate if and when we deem it possible. That's a promise.
